Dear Random Guy in a Bar,
It is not acceptable to touch a strange woman in what would be considered an intimate, albeit “innocent”, manner in a bar. It is also not acceptable then to be offended when you receive the appropriate tongue lashing for your actions. It does not matter if you are gay or not. My body is mine alone to decide who may touch me and your actions make you part of the overall problem of male privilege. Just don’t do it.
Sincerely,
The Tennessee Honeybee
I couldn’t agree more. My “people” think that they can just touch a woman no matter what. This is a fallacy! Keep your hands to yourself period. This makes me so mad.
