My new float pool is filling and I’ve moved things around under my pergola so hot girl summer is readied. With the stage set, I wanted to issue forth my intentions for this spring, summer, and into autumn. Thankfully keeping the pool up year round is possible. So here’s what I’m thinking:
Let’s meditate together. A circle of peace and clarity.
Let’s light fires and burn away our psychic injuries and alight our hidden desires. Sending smoke into the air with our hearts aligned will manifest our best lives.
Let’s talk about our creative outlets. Do you paint? Do you write? Sing? Dance? Sketch? Whatever sets your soul on fire, let’s talk about making space and time for those things to flourish.
Let’s eat light and healthy foods, washed down with sparkling waters. Let’s design the perfect smoothie. Let’s experiment with salads and ceviches and handmade pizzas. Let’s make pasta and gnocchi and fill our bellies as well as our souls.
Let’s ignite our consciousnesses and eschew burying them under alcohol. Let’s embrace plant medicines. Let us be kitchen witches, creating herbal potions to unlock the best parts of our psyches. Let’s experience unlocking the hidden realities about us.
Let’s have days and nights that honor our schedules, embracing getting deep sleep, proper nutrition, and working our bodies in gentle motion.
Also, let’s find me a girlfriend or three 😉 This solo poly life has had way too much SOLO of late and not enough polyamory. Let’s find you the loves you need, release the loves that no longer serve you, and help you heal brokenness you see within yourself. There’s no need to give up and give in where trauma is concerned. We can hug and cry as the stars twinkle above us or in the heat of the sun.
